Hot Cocoa Mix
Heres a rich and creamy hot cocoa mix to enjoy all year round. Try the
delicious Mocha, Mexican and Low Calorie variations too!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Servings: (Makes about 3 cups)Ingredients:
1 cup Non-Dairy Creamer
1 cup non-fat dry milk
3/4 to 1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
Instructions:
In medium bowl, combine ingredients; mix well. Store in airtight container.
To serve, spoon 3 heaping tablespoons of mix into mug; add 3/4 cup boiling
water. Stir.
Variations: Mocha: Add ¼ cup instant coffee.
Mexican: Add 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Low Calorie: Omit Sugar. Add 15 envelopes Nutra-Sweet low calorie sweetener OR 2
teaspoons (5 envelopes) low-calorie granulated sugar substitute. To serve, spoon
2 heaping tablespoons into mug; add ¾ cup boiling water. Stir.
Fireside Coffee

Servings: Makes 6 1/2 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups instant cocoa
2 cups Non-Dairy Creamer
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup instant coffee
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions:
Mix all together and keep in an air tight container.
Use 3 to 4 heaping teaspoons per cup, fill with hot water.
Vienna Coffee
Imagine yourself in a Viennese café when you sip this delicious coffee!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Servings: Makes 5 1/2 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup instant coffee
2 cups instant cocoa
2 cups Non-Dairy Creamer
1/2 cup sugar or powdered sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and store in tightly covered jar.
Add 2 teaspoons to a cup of boiling water. Top with a tablespoon of whipped
